CHUCK FOSTER, CET, Principal Consultant at DCS brings more than 40 years of diagnostic and performance testing experience to assess and resolve your problems. His knowledge spans a variety of industries and applications. This diversity of experience makes it possible to develop 'out of the box' solutions to seemingly unsolvable problems.

Chuck has presented numerous papers at regional and national conferences including; NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers), CTI (Cooling Technology Institute), EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute) and IWC (International Water Conference). He has been actively involved in CTI's Performance & Technology Task Groups for the preparation of testing standards, and has served on the CTI Board of Directors.
